Daniel is responsible for overseeing capital projects and improvements, unit renovations and property maintenance in accordance with BCRE’s strategic objectives across the portfolios.
Prior to joining BCRE, Daniel was most recently the Regional Construction Manager for a large U.S. based multifamily property management firm. Daniel oversaw all capital renovations for over 6,000 units with yearly projects exceeding $20M.
Mr. Wallace oversees the operations of BCRE’s funds and other investment vehicles. He is responsible for managing operations to ensure that the investment vehicles structure, legal, compliance, and investor reporting are optimized to achieve investment objectives.
Prior to joining BCRE in 2015, Mr. Wallace spent 9 years working at Bourn Companies, a regional real estate company, in acquisition, asset management, and development roles. Mr. Wallace holds a M.S. in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona.
Mr. Cregg works closely with senior members of the investment management team to assist with asset management, fund operations and reporting, and acquisitions. Prior to joining BCRE, Mr. Cregg worked as a portfolio analyst in Boston Capital’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit group and interned at Kelleher & Sadowsky, a regional real estate services firm.
Alex graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
Ms. Kleinman supports all aspects of accounting, fund management, and investor reporting. Prior to joining BCRE, Ms. Kleinman was a Senior Audit Associate in the Boston office of KPMG where she focused on both public and private clients in the real estate industry.
Emma holds a B.A. in accounting from Emmanuel College.
Mr. Hill is responsible for oversight of asset management and property operations, including financial reporting, revenue and expense optimization, portfolio analytics, and capital renovations.
Prior to joining BCRE, Mr. Hill was an Assistant Vice President at Jumbo Capital Management in Boston where he was responsible for asset management and disposition assignments as they related to their institutional joint venture real estate investments.
Sam holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Absatz is responsible for underwriting multifamily investments, preparing investment memoranda, and assisting with debt placement, negotiating terms, coordinating and conducting due diligence, and closing acquisitions. He is also responsible for evaluating BCRE’s existing portfolio to provide sell/hold/refinance recommendations.
Prior to joining BCRE in 2015, Mr. Absatz worked at Market Metrics, a financial services consulting company, and interned at Related Companies in the multifamily development group. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
With over 30 years of real estate experience, Mr. Trivers leads the acquisition team and is responsible for all equity investments for BCRE. Mr. Trivers has led BCRE’s acquisition team since 2002, and is responsible for the underwriting, due diligence and closing of all transactions. As the former Chief of Underwriting for Boston Capital, Mr. Trivers has overseen the underwriting of 1,400+ properties, with a combined value over $9 billion.
Prior to joining Boston Capital in 1993, Mr. Trivers served as Treasurer of New England Communities, Inc., a regional real estate company. Mr. Trivers holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business from Babson College. He holds a construction license in Massachusetts.
Mr. Ings is responsible for overseeing the operational accounting activities for BCRE and its affiliated entities. His responsibilities include financial reporting, accounts payable, budgeting and establishing accounting policies and procedures.
During his time at Boston Capital, Mr. Ings has managed both Fund and Corporate accounting. Prior to joining Boston Capital in 2007, Mr. Ings earned his BS in Accounting from Bryant University.
Ms. Feingold is responsible for oversight of asset management and property operations, including resident satisfaction, revenue and expense optimization, portfolio reporting, and capital renovations associated with BCRE’s asset performance objectives.
Prior to joining BCRE, Ms. Feingold was most recently the Senior Business Manager of a BCRE owned property, a 368-unit apartment community in Charlotte, NC, where she successfully repositioned the asset by executing a $5.5M renovation program. She holds a B.S. in Sports Management from Western Carolina University.
Mr. Woodard is responsible for portfolio management activities in association with BCRE’s funds business, and contributes to BCRE’s acquisition efforts by sourcing and consummating multifamily investments throughout the U.S. In addition, Mr. Woodard is actively involved in fundraising and investor relations.
Prior to BCRE, Mr. Woodard was a Vice President at Spaulding & Slye Investments, where he served as an acquisitions officer focused on office, industrial, and multifamily acquisition and development projects. From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Woodard worked at Colony Capital as Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management, where he managed and acquired commercial investments for commingled funds. Between 2001 and 2012 Mr. Woodard served in the U.S. Marine Corps and held various positions at the global real estate firm, CBRE. Mr. Woodard holds an MBA from the University of Washington, and a B.A. in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
With over 30 years real estate experience, Mr. Goldstein had been instrumental in the expansion of Boston Capital and directed all real estate services, including origination, underwriting and acquisition.
As Managing Partner of BCRE, he is responsible for financial and operational functions, and plays a vital role in fund raising, business development and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Boston Capital in 1990, Mr. Goldstein was Manager of Finance for A.J. Lane & Co., where he was responsible for placing debt on new construction projects and debt structure for existing apartment properties. Mr. Goldstein holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a B.A. from the University of Colorado.
Mr. Dunne oversees BCRE’s market rate housing initiatives and is responsible for identifying opportunities and developing investment strategies geared to market cycles and investor requirements. He is engaged in all aspects of BCRE’s investment management activities including acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, fund raising and investor relations.
Prior to joining BCRE in 2002, in his capacity as President of River Partners, he served as Head of Portfolio Management and Dispositions with PaineWebber Properties and Senior Vice President and Director of Asset Management for real estate equity investments for PaineWebber, Inc. (now UBS). Mr. Dunne currently serves on the Board of the National Multi Housing Council. He holds an M.S. in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an A.B. from Syracuse University.
