Our History
Boston Capital Real Estate Partners has been providing quality rental housing to residents within the market-rate apartment space across all major U.S. markets since 2002. Guided by the consistent leadership of the three Managing Partners, BCRE has benefitted from a tradition of social responsibility, fiduciary trust, and integrity. Having generated an exceptional track record through multiple real estate cycles, the BCRE team has experienced different challenges, and with them, learned several keys to success in our two decades in business. At BCRE, we consider various types of market-rate acquisitions as we continuously adapt our strategy to respond to dynamic market conditions. We have successfully invested in different types of apartments and markets, including garden-style and mid-rise assets in both primary and growth markets. Our expertise extends from core to suburban locations, and our strategies include opportunistic, value-add and core-plus executions.

Our Leadership
BCRE Managing Partners, Mark Dunne, Ted Trivers, and Jeff Goldstein, each have over 30 years of experience in real estate investing, and remain focused on delivering exceptional value to residents and performance to investors.
BCRE continues the legacy and values set forth by the founders of Boston Capital and benefits from the decades of institutional experience passed down.
